Keith Wayne Batten, 81 years, passed away on January 26, 2021 in Vancouver, Washington. He was a resident of Washougal, Washington for 62 years. Keith was born on September 1, 1939 in Ivanhoe, Texas to his parents, Eugene and Minerva (Freeman) Batten. He worked in the Paper Mill Industry as a Papermaker in #2 Finishing Room. He retired from James River and he was a former member of the A.W.P.P.W Local #5. Keith is survived by his wife, Jerrilyn at home; daughter, Robyn (Steven) Klopman of Washougal, Washington; sons, Curtis Batten of Lewistown, Montana, Shane Batten of Vancouver, Washington; brothers, Clois Batten of Camas, Washington, Douglas Batten of Camas, Washington, Troy Batten of Vancouver, Washington; sisters, Wanda Fox of Vancouver, Washington, Dottie Barney of Jacksonville, Florida; 4 grandchildren, Sierra Goodard, Hailee Modoc, Tanner Klopman, Lacey Klopman; 1 great=grandson, Leo Stanton. Keith was preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers, Charles, James and Bill Batten; 1 sister, Joy Chadwick. Per the family due to COVID-19 a celebration of life is to be announced at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brown's Funeral Home in Camas, Washington.
