Maria was born on January 5, 1940 in Curimeo, Mexico to her parents, Pedro Tapia Guerrero and Vicenta Gutierrez Suarez. She was a homemaker.
Maria is survived by her husband, Ruben at home; daughters, Anna R Estrada Leon of Vancouver, Washington, Martha Gomez Leon of Vancouver, Washington, Maria S Delgado of Chicago, Illinois, Veronica Razo Leon of Vancouver, Washington; sons, Roberto Leon Tapia of Centerton, Arkansas, Ruben Leon Tapia of Tamazula, Mexico, Raul Leon Tapia of Vancouver, Washington, Jorge A Leon Tapia of Centerton, Arkansas, Francisco Leon Tapia of Centerton, Arkansas; brothers, Raul Tapia of Curimeo, Mexico, Jose L Tapia of Curimeo, Mexico; sisters, Eliza Tapia Gutierrez, Guadalupe Tapia Gutierrez, Sophia Tapia Gutierrez, Delia Tapia Gutierrez all from Curimeo, Mexico; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at 1 PM at St. John's Catholic Church, 8701 NE 119th St, Vancouver, Washington.
