Betty Jeane Coleman, 92 years, passed away on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at her home in Washougal, Washington. She was a resident for 31 years in Washougal, Washington. Betty was born on May 19, 1928 in West Branch, Michigan to her parents Ira G. and Sarah E. (Stillwagon) Curtis. Her Highest Education she earned was her Bachelor's Degree. Betty was a homemaker. She was an Ordained Minister and was a member of Salmon Falls Church in Washougal, Washington. She enjoyed playing games with family and friends. Betty is survived by her husband, Robert at home; son, John (Maggie) Coleman of Bakersfield, California; daughters, Cheryl (Peter) Lapiri of Priest River, Idaho, Kathy (Herbert) Smith of Stevenson, Washington, Susan (Troy) Windham of Burke, Virginia; Carol (Stephen) Young of Somis, California; brother, David Curtis of West Branch, Michigan; sisters, Dorothy Clayton of West Branch, Michigan; Mary Lucas of Alger, Michigan; 14 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter. Betty was preceded in death by her parents; son, Steven; sister, Geraldine Oliver; brothers, George Curtis, Leith Curtis, Glen Curtis, Jr., Carl Curtis, Virgil Curtis. A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, March 15, 2021 at 10:30 am at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland, Oregon.
