Barbara Lynn Karns passed away quietly surrounded by family and love on Friday, March 12, 2021 in Washougal, Washington at the age of 67. She lived at her current resident for 19 years in Washougal, Washington. Barbara was born on March 22, 1953 in Newark, Ohio to her parents, Paul V. Ortman and Mary A. Patterson. She worked in the Clothing Industry as a Warehouse Associate. Barbara is survived by her sons, Scot Klohe of Long Beach, Washington, Joshua (Erica Conger) Karns of Washougal, Washington; daughter, Erika Klohe of Santa Rosa, California; brothers, Paul Ortman of Spokane, Washington, Chet Ortman of Spokane, Washington; sisters, Debbie Pritchard of Newport, Washington, Mary Ortman-Durfee of Cornville, Arizona, Amy Beach of Puyallup, Washington, Linda Grothe of Bonny Lake, Washington; mother, Mary Ortman of Chewelah, Washington; 5 grandchildren, Kalin (Danielle Ridge) Carrell, Xavier Karns, Maddox Cooper, Ella Cooper, Kenadie Bogle; 2 great-grandchildren, Lyzette Mendoza, Vivianna Carrell.
