Mildred Francis Osorio, 95 years, passed away on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 in Vancouver, Washington. She was a resident of Vancouver, Washington the past 12 years.
Mildred was born on December 14, 1925 in Manhattan, New York to her parents, Majeska and Mildred (Hunter) Dent. She was a homemaker in her own home.
Mildred is survived by her sons, Fred Osorio of New York, New York, Roger Finney of Vancouver, Washington; daughter, Darynne Delhousaye of Vancouver, Washington; brother, Dr. Harold Dent of Virginia; 4 grandchildren.
Mildred was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Dorothy Williams.
