Obituary of Edward Lamb

Please share a memory of Edward to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Edward LeRoy Lamb peacefully passed away on Wednesday, December 5, 2007 in Camas. Born on April 9, 1924 in Winters, Minnesota, Edward was 83 years old. A World War II Army Air Corps Veteran, Edward lived in many states after the war. He worked in several occupations as a rancher in Arkansas, repairman in Montana, owner and operator of Eddies Bolwing Supplies in California, and finally as a master mechanic in Washington for Weyerhaeuser. Having been raised in the Land of Lakes, Edward always seemed to be drawn to water, as he spent over half of his life in Washington State living near or on the ocean. He loved to fish, help out and visit with his family and friends, and go home with at least one story of "the big one that didn't get away." Edward is survived by five sisters, two brothers, and four children. Services will be held in Middle River, Minnesota with vault interment at First Lutheran Cemetery in Middle River. Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with local arrangements.
