Stephen William Foley, 68, passed away on Thursday, June 24, 2021 in Washougal, Washington. He was a resident of Eureka, California the past 15 years but formally of Vancouver, Washington.
Stephen was born on November 21, 1952 in Ogden, Iowa to his parents, Michael D. Foley and Barbara R. Palmer. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy and attended the 7th Day Adventist Church.
Stephen is survived by his daughters, Tiffany Walker of Vancouver, Washington, Priscilla Walker of Vancouver, Washington; brothers, Douglas Foley of Cheyenne, Wyoming, Robert Foley of Garfield, Washington; sisters, Diane Cates of Washougal, Washington, Janet Child of West Point, Utah, Linda Treese of Riverton, Wyoming; 4 grandchildren.
Stephen was preceded in death by his parents.
