Obituary of Jay H Meltesen

Jay H. Meltesen, 69, passed away on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at his home. He was a Camas, Washington resident since 2015. Jay was born on June 26, 1952 in Augusta, Georgia to his parents, Clarence R. Meltesen and Mary Helena Briggs. He earned his Bachelor's Degree at the University of California Berkley. He worked in the Food Industry as a Purchasing Agent. He loved the outdoors, gardening and reading. Jay is survived by his daughters, Simone Meltesen of Queens, New York, Julia Meltesen of Camas, Washington; sisters, Anne Trujillo of Rohnert Park, California, Gayle Meltesen of Vancouver, Washington, Lynne Meltesen of Lakewood, Colorado. Jay was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Susan. Per the family no service will be scheduled. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brown's Funeral Home in Camas, Washington.
