Gary-Lee was born on June 12, 1961 in Kansas City, Missouri to his parents, Jack Ross and Anita Quillin. He worked in the Optical Industry as an Optician.
Gary-Lee is survived by his husband, Craig Godi at home; sister, Pam Smith of Kansas City, Missouri; 3 grandchildren.
Gary-Lee was preceded in death by his parents.
