Obituary of Darrell Ralph Beardshear

Darrell Beardshear was born in Vancouver, WA on March 27, 1953 and passed away in Camas on November 25, 2021 from a short bout with cancer. Darrell passed away at home surrounded by family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Ralph and Dorothy Beardshear, and his brother Rocky Beardshear. Darrell is survived by his wife of 50 years Judy; his daughter Michelle (Robert) Drake, his son Keith (Denahl Greger) Beardshear, and his grandson Asher Beardshear. His sisters Nancy (Mike) Chappell, and Melody (Joe) Gent; his brother Kurt Beardshear, also many nieces, nephews, and in-laws. Darrell graduated from Camas High School in 1971 and worked as a Machinist at the Georgia Pacific Mill for 30 years; he was a true master of his trade. Among being a wonderful husband, a devoted father, and a loving grandpa, throughout his lifetime he was an athlete, a coach, a mentor, a friend, a family man, and a strong follower of Christ. As hobbies he enjoyed 3D printing, star gazing, and spending time with family and friends. A Celebration of Life to honor Darrell will be held at Grace Foursquare Church in Camas on Saturday December 11, 2021 at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your favorite charity.
