Charles F. Blow, 54, passed away on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 in Vancouver, Washington. He was a resident of Camas, Washington the past 11 years. Charles was born on September 30, 1967 in Manchester, New Hampshire. He worked in the Retail Sales Industry as a Telemarketer. He loved and enjoyed spending time with his family. He enjoyed fishing and working puzzles. Charles is survived by his daughters, Jennifer Manecke of Camas, Washington, Heather Kinison of Camas, Washington; sons, Ian Blow of Sanford, Maine, Adam (Brandi) Blow of Sanford, Maine; sisters; Jennifer Lynch of Pennsylvania; Cheryl Senyk of Independence, Oregon; mother & stepfather, Linda & Viktor Schmidt of Camas, Washington; 9 grandchildren. Charles was preceded in death by his adopted parents, Ruth & Paul Blow. Per the family a service will not be scheduled. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brown's Funeral Home in Camas, Washington.
