Janet Lou Herschler, 91, passed away on December 25, 2021 in Camas, Washington. She was a resident of Camas, Washington for 67 years. Janet was born on August 8, 1930 in Aberdeen, Washington to her parents, Luther Kelly and Catherine Hook. She earned her Bachelor Degree at Central Washington College of Education in Ellensburg, Washington. She was a member of the Washington Education Association and the National Education Association. She was a member and attended St. Anne's Episcopal Church in Washougal, Washington. Her interests included playing tennis, sewing and gardening. Janet is survived by her daughters, Rebecca S.B. Turner of Vancouver, Washington, Cynthia Herschler of Bellevue, Washington, Jennifer Herschler of Boise, Idaho; sister-in-law, Sharon Kelly of Ferndale, Washington; 2 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren. Janet was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert J. Herschler; granddaughter, Ashley Herschler. Per the family no service will be scheduled.
