Paul was born on December 29, 1966 in Goleta, California to his parents, Dennis Yackell and Juanita Hall. He worked in the Construction Industry as a Carpenter.
Paul is survived by his parents, Dennis & Juanita Yackell of Glendale, Arizona; brothers, Matthew Yackell of Vancouver, Washington, Curtis Yackell of Vancouver, Washington.
