John Walter Hamilton Obituary

John Walter "Jack" Hamilton, 71, passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 in Vancouver, Washington. He lived in the Camas-Washougal area the past 36 years but was formally from Vancouver, Washington and Portland, Oregon.

Jack was born on September 8, 1950 in Portland, Oregon to his parent, Ellie Jones. He served his Country in the United States Navy during the Viet Nam War. He worked in the Paper Mill Industry as a Millwright at the Georgia Pacific Paper Mill in Camas, Washington and retired from there. He was a member of the A.W.P.P.W. Local #5 in Camas, Washington. He was also a member of the VW Auto Club.

Jack is survived by his wife, Marcy at home; sons, Travis Hamilton of Hot Springs, Arkansas, Jesse Hamilton of Vancouver, Washington; 3 grandsons, Zach, Bentley, Kai.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, April 15, 2022 at 1 o'clock PM at Brown's Stoller Memorial Chapel in Camas, Washington.
