Gene Edward McCarty, 82, passed away on May 30, 2022 in Vancouver, Washington.
Gene was born on August 26, 1939 in Great Falls, Montana to his parents, Eugene Anthony McCarty and Audrey Mae Patterson. He worked in the Metal Works Industry as a Millwright. He was a Registered Tribal Member of the Little Shell Chippewa of Montana.
Gene is survived by his daughter, Jennifer (Kevin) Considine of Scotts Valley, California; sons, Gregory (Dyann) McCarty of Baker City, Oregon, Scott McCarty of Vancouver, Washington, Christopher (Emily) McCarty of Lynwood, Washington; sisters, Wanda Redecopp of Arizona, Jan Rae Mayernick of Great Falls, Montana; sister-in-law, Dorothy Weak of Vancouver, Washington; 2 granddaughters; 6 grandsons; 3 great-grandchildren.
Gene was preceded in death by his wife, Frances; parents, step-mother, sisters.
