Carol Ann Stowe, 72, passed away on June 1, 2022 in Vancouver, Washington. She was a resident of Vancouver, Washington the past 10 years but was formally from Washougal, Washington.

Carol was born on September 7, 1949 to her parents, Walter Stowe and Shirley Bemis in Lakeside, Oregon. She owned her own home. Carol belonged to the Jehovah's Witness Kingdom Hall in Washougal, Washington.

Carol is survived by her sons, Tony Metcalf of Roseberg, Oregon, Brad Kavonius of Camas, Washington, Epi (Tymarie) Serrano of Camas, Washington; daughters, Amy (Jason) Kavonius of California, Jayme Serrano of Vancouver, Washington, Shiranda Serrano of Rowena, Oregon; sisters, Debbie Thompson of Coos Bay, Oregon, Lisa Burlando of Portland, Oregon; 12 grandchildren.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents; 3 brothers, Danny, Jimmy, Craig Stowe.

A Graveside Funeral Service is scheduled for Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 11 am at Fern Prairie Cemetery in Camas, Washington.
