Norman V. Powell peacefully passed away at his home in Vancouver on Wednesday, November 16, 2011. Born on October 4, 1922 in Portland, Oregon to Harley J. Powell and Bertha M. (Waters) Powell; Norman was 89 years old.
There will be no public services at this time. Private interment will be held at Fisher's Cemetery in Vancouver, Washington. Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
