Virginia E. Heeszel passed away peacefully on March 23, 2013 in Vancouver, WA. She was 93.
She was born in Wenatchee, WA to Henry and Anna Meixner on June 4, 1919. She was Camas resident of 4 years where she was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. She worked as a secretary in the education field.
She is survived by her daughters Marilyn Mohr of Coppell, TX; Elaine Bradshaw of Eureka, CA; Kathryn Heeszel of Fremont, CA; and Christine Schoenkopf of Camas, WA; four grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
There will be a Celebration of Life Service on Saturday, March 30, at 1PM at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Vancouver, WA. Inurnment will be Monday, April 1, at 12PM Noon at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland, OR. Donations may be made to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
