Obituary of Robert Connolly

Robert "Bob" Connolly passed away May 28, 2013. He was 65. Bob was born January 14, 1948 in Vancouver, WA to his parents John and Ann Connolly. He was a graduate of Columbia River High School. He worked in the maintenance department for the public schools. He was a resident of Washougal for 35 years. He served his country in the US Navy, and was a Veteran of the Vietnam War. He belonged to the Cape Horn American Legion Post #127 and the Sons of the Legion. He is survived by his wife Mary (at home); sons , Cameron Connolly of Washougal, WA and Raymond Connolly of Camas, WA; 3 grandchildren; brothers Michael, Larry, and Kent Connolly of Vancouver, WA, Daniel Connolly of Longview, WA, Wayne Connolly of Mesa, AZ; sisters Sheila Bashaw of Ridgefield, WA, Jeanne of Vancouver, WA, Collene Thompson of Vancouver, WA, Sharon Worster of Vancouver, WA and numerous nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life Service will take place on Saturday, June 29, 2013 at Cape Horn American Legion at 11 AM. Donations can be made to the Wounded Warriors Project and to the Child Welfare Foundation. Brown's Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
