Donald R. Vannoy passed away on June 22, 2013. He was 71.
He was born on February 22, 1942, to William and Dorothy Vannoy in Iowa City, Iowa. He worked as a builder in the construction industry and a 9 year resident of Cougar, Washington. He was a member of the Lincoln City Elks Lodge.
He is survived by his sons Gerald Vannoy of Sandy, OR; Donald Vannoy of Gresham, OR; daughter Dede Bilderback of Cougar, WA; Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, brother James Vannoy of West Linn, OR; sisters Donna Cook of Milwaukie, OR and Margie Flintoff of Gresham, OR. He was preceded in death by his daughter Deborah Coffman.
