Elgie Lee Kelley passed away peacefully in his home on August 27th 2013. He was a lifelong Clark County resident, as well as 19 years spent in Washougal, Washington where he was a member of Glennwood Community Church. Elgie was also a veteran and served in the U.S. Navy during World War 2. Elgie was preceded in death by his parents James and Molly Kelley, two daughters Sharon Wallman and Deborah Dixon Pachella, as well as two grandchildren. He is lovingly survived by his wife Marilyn, two daughters: Diane Scott (Husband Mike) of Woodland, Washington; Lanna Kelley (Fiance Larry Erickson) of Vancouver, Washington, two sons: David Kelley of Woodland, Washington; William Dixon (Wife Marie) of Washougal, Washington. As well as his brother, Delbert Kelley of Washougal and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Services will be held for family members on Saturday 8/31 at 1PM.
