Obituary of Ian Larson

Ian Marshall Larson passed away on Tuesday, January 26, 2008 in Vancouver, Washington. Born on March 28, 1981 in Portland, Oregon, Ian was 26 years old. A lifetime Portland-Vancouver resident, Ian worked as a plumber. He enjoyed nature, climbing, hiking, kayaking, snowboarding, going to the beach, and music. Most importantly, Ian loved being with his family, friends, and kids. Ian is survived by his mother Kathleen Larson at home, father Jon Kappleman of Portland, Oregon, daughter Lillian Larson of Vancouver, brothers Rick Larson of Vancouver, and Ira Larson of Vancouver, grandmother Patricia Hicks of Los Angeles, California, uncle Marty Newhard of Las Vegas, Nevada, and aunts Joyce Newhard of Los Angeles, California and Betty Alexander of Houston, Texas. There will be a graveside service for Ian on Tuesday, February 5th at 2:45 pm at Fern Prairie Cemetery in Camas. Memorials in Ian's honor may be sent to Hazel Dell Assembly of God Church: 417 NE 65th St. Vancouver, WA 98665. Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
