Obituary of Elizabeth Follett

Elizabeth Anne Follett passed away on Friday, February 8, 2008 at OHSU in Portland. Born on September 29, 1988 in Vancouver, Elizabeth was 19 years old. A lifetime resident of Washougal, Elizabeth graduated from Washougal High School in 2007. She enjoyed choir, music, dolphins, and spending time with her family and friends. People who met Beth, at first thought of her as a person in need of their help. After getting to know her, they soon realized that it was she who was helping them. Beth's the bravest, most generous, loving person the family has known. Elizabeth is survived by her loving parents Janet (Dan) Gustafson of Washougal, and Gerry Follett of Washougal, brother Ryan Follett of Maui, Hawaii, sister Meagan Follett of Bellingham, Washington, half-brother Thomas Follett of Newport, Oregon, half-sister Angela Nolan of Plymouth, Michigan, step-sisters Angela Hamilton and Breianne Miller both of Vancouver, grandmother Joan Sullivan of Olympia, aunts Gail Hughes of California, Jill Southward of Tacoma, Mary Ann Sullivan of Lacey, Susan Hewitt of Lacey, and Colleen Sullivan of Lacey, uncle Charlie Sullivan of Tacoma, great-aunt Jill and great-uncle Jim Schnoberger of Libby, Montana, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. There will be a Celebration of Life Service for Elizabeth on Friday, February 15th at 4:00 pm at the American Legion Cape Horn Post 122: 10212 Washougal River Road, Washougal, WA 98671. Family Interment will be held at Sunnyside Cemetery in Washougal. Memorials in Elizabeth's honor may be sent to Doernbecher's Children's Hospital Spina Bifida Clinic: PO Box 4100 Portland, OR 97208-9908. Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
