Eric P. Penarosa of Washougal, WA passed away on Oct. 29, 2013. He was 70.
He was born on Aug. 29, 1943 in Honolulu, HI. He was a 10 year resident of Washougal, WA, a veteran in the U.S. Army and a graduate of Kamehameha School.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years Luane; mother, Leilani Oliveira of Kailua, Oahu; brother Emory Oliveira of Volcano, HI; and sister, Eraina Barr of Honolulu, HI>
