Carol Adele Shillitto peacefully passed away on Wednesday, March 26, 2008 in Camas. Born on April 6, 1944 in Seattle, Washington, Carol was 63 years old.
Carol was an Ambassador for Cornell University in New York, and a member of the National Audubon Society of Portland, Oregon. She enjoyed bird watching, gardening, playing bunko, and was an artist who enjoyed all arts and crafts. Most importantly, she enjoyed being around her family.
Carol is survived by her loving husband Douglas C. Shillitto at home, son Craig Shillitto of Brooklyn, New York, daughter Christine Vargo of Vancouver, brother Steven Furry of Portland, and two grandchildren.
There will be no public service. Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
