Norman P. Stolper of Vancouver, WA passed away on Jan. 16, 2014. He was 83. Norman was born on Jun. 16, 1930, in Alameda, CA to his parents Herbert and Delores (Kellogg) Stolper. He was a Vancouver resident of 11 years, formerly of Hillsboro,OR. He worked in the construction industry making cabinets. He served in the US Navy during WWII, in Korea, and also in Vietnam. He was a member of the Vancouver Elks Lodge #823 B.P.O.E., and of the Catholic Church. He is survived by his Daughter Carla McRae of Vancouver, WA. At his request, there will be no service.
