Obituary of Theresa Sisto

Theresa A. Sisto peacefully passed away at her home in Camas on Sunday, November 9, 2008. Born in Brooklyn, New York on February 26, 1912, Theresa was 96 years old. A resident of Camas for the last eight months, Theresa was formerly from Northern California and Brooklyn, New York. She was a former member of Holy Family Catholic Church in the Canarsi, Brooklyn Bureau, and attended St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Camas. She enjoyed knitting, cooking, traveling, and raising her family. Theresa is survived by her loving daughter Alicia (Paul) Dumlao, sisters Anna Macciaroli, and Marie Schumacher, cousin Theresa Hill, grandson Erin Valdez, and great-grandchildren Erin Jr., Marissa, and Kylie, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 54 years Joseph Sisto in 1991. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 6th at 9:00 am at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Camas..
