Eben "Ed" V. Drake, 63, a 40-year Vancouver, WA resident passed away on November 25, 2008. He was born April 1, 1945 in Worcester, Massachusetts. Ed was a Veteran of the US Army and served in the Vietnam War. He was owner of Drake's Quality Painting for 20 years. Ed enjoyed fishing, camping, and his family.
He was affectionately known as "Bampy" by his grandchildren.
Ed is survived by his wife Claire at home, son and girlfriend Jesse Drake and Emily Butcher, daughter and son-in-law Kerry and Bill Johnson, three grandchildren Kylie Ann, Lauren Marie, and Meghan Jane.
A graveside service will be held at Brush Prairie Cemetery on Friday, November 28, 2008 at 1:00 pm.
Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
