Obituary of Janice Taylor

Janice Lynn Taylor peacefully passed away on Sunday, January 25, 2009 with her family by her side at her home in Washougal. Born on August 20, 1961 in Picton, Ontario, Canada, Janice was 47 years old. A Washougal resident since 1996, Janice enjoyed training horses and going on horseback rides on Cottonwood Beach. She was a self-taught guitarist who also enjoyed singing and listening to music. Most of all Janice enjoyed traveling to Nova Scotia, Canada to be with her family and friends. Janice is survived by her daughters Emily Taylor of Nova Scotia, Canada, and Treya Bushell of Washougal, son Taylor Smirnoff of Washougal, parents Bill and Christine Taylor of Nova Scotia, Canada, brothers Barry Taylor, Stephen Taylor, and Robert Taylor of Nova Scotia, Canada, sisters Marlene McKee and Susan Taylor of Nova Scotia, Canada, her soul mate Dave Schallberger of Washougal, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. There will be no public services. Interment will be held in Nova Scotia, Canada. Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
