Obituary of Ella Horn

Ella Esther Bond Horn peacefully passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 2009 at Highland Terrace Nursing Home in Camas. Born on January 12, 1915 in Greeley, Colorado, Ella was 94 years old. Formerly of Greeley, Colorado, Ella moved to the Northwest in late 2003 where she and her late husband Alton resided in North Bonneville, WA prior to moving into the Camas Home. They celebrated 71 years of marriage in December of 2007. She enjoyed cooking, Martha Stewart, Tole Painting and her family. She will be remembered for her love to talk for hours about everything! Ella is survived by her son Terry (Ceil) Horn of La Center, grandchildren Tara Horn, Denise Frakes, Doug Horn, and Ron Horn, and great-granddaughters Katelynn, Amanda, Hannah, Samantha, and Natalie. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 71 years Alton in 2008, and one brother and two sisters. There will be no public services for Ella. Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
