Marcella Ann Clemenhagen peacefully passed away at her home in Vancouver on Sunday, February 15, 2009. Born on May 16, 1936 in Bottineau, North Dakota, Marcella was 72 years old.
Marcella worked as a homemaker. She also worked as a secretary and treasurer for the Jobe's Daughters Organization. She enjoyed cooking, playing cards, crossword puzzles, bingo, and bunko. Most of all, Marcella enjoyed being surrounded by her loving family and friends.
Marcella is survived by her husband of 48 years Monty at home, son Mike Clemenhagen of Vancouver, daughter Michelle Hadwin of Kalispell, Montana, sisters Dorothy Bertrand of Seattle, Sylvia Haguewood of Seattle, and Faith Rogers in Seattle, five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three sisters and one brother.
There will be a Celebration of Life Service for Marcella on Saturday, March 21st at 12:00 pm at the Masonic Center in Vancouver: 2500 NE 78th St., Vancouver, WA 98665. Memorials in Marcella's memory may be sent to the Ronald McDonald House: 1144 North 30th St., Billings, Montana 59101 or Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children: 3101 SW Sam Jackson Park Road, Portland, OR 97201. Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
