Obituary of Donald Waterman

Donald "Don" Clair Waterman returned to his Lord on Sunday, February 26, 2012 at his home in Camas, Washington. Born on December 24, 1951 in Los Angeles, California to Dautice and Karin (Hill) Waterman; Don was 60 years old. An eight year resident of Camas, Don was formerly of Vancouver and Oklahoma. He worked as a home repairman and enjoyed wood working and restoring old furniture. He married the love of his life Deborah Kay Stover on April 15, 1989. The two of them enjoyed traveling and spending time with their family. Don is survived by his loving wife Debbie at home; mother Karin Waterman of Oklahoma; brother Mike Waterman of Oklahoma; mother and father-in-laws Gerry and Mary Stover of Oklahoma; sister-in-law Stephanie (Jeremy) Haight of Oklahoma; nephew Jacob Haight; and nieces Serena Haight, Abagail Wheeler, Katrina Wheeler, Joey Patterson, Faith Patterson, Tori Patterson and nephew Wyatt Waterman. Grandmother-in-law Mabel King. He was preceded in death by his father Dautice Waterman, brother Dennis Waterman, and sister-in-law Deanna Patterson. There will be a celebration of Don's life on Saturday, March 3rd at 1:00 pm at St. John's Presbyterian Church: 1206 NE Birch St., Camas, WA 98607. Viewing will be held on Thursday, March 1st from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Brown's Funeral Home: 410 NE Garfield St. Camas, WA 98607. Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
