Karen Yvonne Allinger passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2009 in Vancouver. Born on February 11, 1943 in Vancouver, Karen was 66 years old.
A lifetime Vancouver resident, Karen was a graduate of Stevenson High School. She enjoyed watching her son and grandchildren play baseball and spending time with her family and friends.
Karen is survived by her daughter Coleen Matthias of Vancouver; son Bob (Ragheda) Allinger of Camas, brother Rick Harty, six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years Bill Allinger in 2001, and her brother Bob Harty.
There will be a Celebration of Life Service for Karen on Tuesday, April 21st at 1:00 pm at Brown's Funeral Home in Camas. Vault interment will follow at the Camas Cemetery.
Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
