Roswitha Karin Charpentier returned to her Lord on Friday, July 03, 2009 after her fifth long and courageous fight against Cancer. Born on April 8, 1943 in Munich, Germany, Roswitha was 66 Years old. A Camas resident for the last two years, Roswitha was formerly of San Antonio, Texas and Munich, Germany. She worked as an administrator in accounting and was a former Past Master of the Grange Hall in Maine. She enjoyed reading German magazines, watching the food network, traveling, meeting new people, and spending time with her friends and family. Roswitha is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 47 years Gary at home, daughter Angela Gallagher of Camas, sons Michael Charpentier of Denver, and Ronald Charpentier of Cedar Park, Texas, sisters Renatte Collins of San Antonio, Texas, and Uta Keim of Munich, Germany, brother Otto Keim Jr. of Munich, Germany, Aunt Mia of Munich Germany, six grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. There will be a private family service for Roswitha at a later date. Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
