Obituary of Wendee Weygandt
Please share a memory of Wendee to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
With her devoted family at her side Wendee Weygandt of Vancouver Washington arrived in heaven on July 21st 2009 at 11:01 AM, she was 49 years old.
Wendee was born in Vancouver Washington on February 17th 1960 and is the daughter of Gene and Marlene Thompson of Vancouver Washington. Wendee is survived by her husband of 27 years Cliff, and her four children that provided the greatest fulfillment in her life; Charlee, Dylan, Rickee, and Randee. Wendee is also survived by family members including five brothers and one sister: Gene Jr, Thomas, Daniel, Bradley, Joseph, and Lana. She was preceded in death by one unborn son in 1985.
Wendee will forever be remembered as a woman that loved the Lord with all her heart, all her soul and all her mind. Upon her arrival home, in heaven, she undoubtedly heard those cherished words "Well done my good and faithful servant". Wendee's Christ centered life is a testament to her character and genuine love of people, observable through her life's devotion and dedication to her children and true soul mate Cliff. Her family was her life and she made it known to all they were her highest priority. Each in their own individual way brought her more joy then she could have ever imagined. She was grateful to God daily for the gift of her children and husband.
A genuine true love of horses and the sport of barrel racing was an unmistakable element of Wendee's life that she treasured and she will always be remembered for. She instilled the love of the sport with her own children and that provided many of the warm memories that will be a part of her legacy.
Wendee was a member of Summit View Church and involved in youth ministries. A faithful volunteer at the Crisis Pregnancy Center and a member of the Clark County Saddle Club.
Our sweet precious Wendee will be missed by all of those whose lives she touched and her memory will live on in our hearts. We will look forward to the day when one by one we will see her again in heaven; never again having to say goodbye but living together forever in eternity with our Lord.
