Obituary of Felicia Center

Felicia Center of Vancouver, formerly of Portland, Oregon passed away on October 4, 2009 at Southwest Washington Medical Center. Felicia was born in Portland, Oregon on June 12, 1991, nine minutes before her identical twin sister. She was a 2009 graduate of Evergreen High School with a passion for music, friends, and the color pink. She was currently attending Clark County Skills Center as a second year cosmetology student. Felicia is survived by her parents Paul and Melinda Hulin of Vancouver, sister Jessica Center of Vancouver, grandmothers Linda Clayton of Vancouver, Debbie Lyon of Puyallup, Maria Hershberger of Newport, Phyllis "Dee Dee" Barker of Portland, grandfather Mike Mann of Vancouver, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends. A Celebration of Felicia's life will be held on Saturday, October 10th at 11:00 am at Brown's Funeral Home: 410 NE Garfield St. Camas, WA 98607 with a wake to follow. Please feel free to wear something pink, lime green, or flip flops to the memorial service as Felicia would have wanted it that way. Memorial contributions in Felicia's name may be made to the Evergreen High School Choir Booster Club. Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
