Agatha "Gaye" Asina Michel peacefully passed away on Saturday, April 17, 2010 at her home in Vancouver. Born on July 1, 1917 in Saint George, Idaho to George and Gladys LeMaster, Gay was 92 years old. A Clark County resident for over sixty years, Gaye was a member of the Camas Moose Lodge #1492 serving as a former Sr. Regent. She enjoyed painting, raising her family, and spending time with her friends. Gaye is survived by her daughters Janet Lessing of Camas, Norma Whiting of Myrtle Creek, Oregon, and June Fiat of Ashland, Oregon, brother George LeMaster of Kuna, Idaho, sister Evelyn Hatley of Boise, Idaho, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 52 years Walter Michel in 2001, daughter Shirley Little in 2009, grandsons Scott Little in 1984 and Randy Henry in 2009, brothers Eli LeMaster, Richard LeMaster, and sister Eletha LeMaster. There will be a graveside service for Gaye on Friday, April 23rd at 2:00 pm at the Camas Cemetery. Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
