Robert Starr Root passed away on Sunday, July 25, 2010 at his home in Tumwater, Washington. Born on August 6, 1925 in San Francisco, California, Robert was 84 years old. He worked as a correction officer and was preceded in death by a wife and son.
There will be no public services. Private interment will be held at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland, Oregon. Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
