Marie Schaeffer-Castillo passed away on Tuesday, August 10, 2010 in Portland, Oregon. Born on July 22, 1950 in Hillsboro, Oregon to Alfred and Jeanette Weverka; Marie was 54 years old.
A Carson, Washington resident for the last 16 years; Marie is survived by her husband Mario at home; parents Alfred and Jeanette Weverka of Hillsboro, OR; sons Jason W. Schaeffer of Stevenson, WA, and Joshua D. Castillo of Carson, WA; daughters Shannon Mackenroth of Spanaway, WA, and Ashley Castillo of Carson, WA; brother David Weverka of Mesa, Arizona; sister Janet Reimers of Hillsboro, OR; four grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her first husband Richard Schaeffer in 1985.
There will be a celebration of Marie's life on Saturday, August 21, 2010 at 3:00 pm at Brown's Funeral Home in Camas. Brown's Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
