Lani M. Toops passed away on January 6, 2005 in Vancouver, WA. She was 55 years old.
Lani was born May 7, 1949 in San Diego, CA and was a resident of Clark County since 1970. She was a teacher's assitstant at Mill Plain Elementary School in the Evergreen School District. Lani enjoyed crafting and making snowmen, and loved her 1947 Plymouth street rod OSWEETP. She loved her family and friends and the children she taught. Most of all Nana loved her Billy and Billy loved her Nana.
Lani is survived by her husband William "Bill" Toops at home; two sons, William "Bill" Jr. and Lynne Toops of Vancouver, and Brandon and Shelly Toops of Vancouver. She is also survived by her mother, Lois Krause of Missouri, one aunt, Carol Lambert of CA, and her five wonderful grandchildren, Courtney, Billy, Charlette, Zackery, and Cade.
A celebration of life service for Lani will be held on Saturday, January 15, 2005 at 11:00 AM at Brown's Funeral Home in Camas. Memorials can be made to:
