Gladys Florence Bancke passed away on February 10, 2005 in Camas, Washington at the age of 95.
A 70 year resident of Camas, Gladys worked as a homemaker raising her family. She was an active member of the Parker's Landing Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and a member of the Lackamas Chapter #152 Order of Eastern Star.
Gladys is survived by her two sons; Edward B. Bancke and Lawrence H. Bancke, both of Camas, Washington. She is also survived by her brother; Howard Rondeau of Lakeside, Oregon, and her two sisters; Viola Youngchild of McMinnville, Oregon, and Andrea Little of Florence, Oregon. Gladys was also blessed to have five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life service is being held on Saturday, February 12, 2005 at 2:00 PM at the Parker's Landing Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Washougal, Washington.
Memorials may be sent to the charity of the donors choice. Brown's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
