Obituary of Willis Johnson

Willis "Bill" Johnson, 81, of Washougal, Washington passed away on Saturday, March 19, 2005 in Vancouver, Washington. Born on September 20, 1923, Bill spent the last fourteen years of his life in Washougal.
A member of the Church of God of Prophecy in Camas, Bill also was active in traveling, visiting and helping his son in Goldendale and spending time outdoors. A skilled craftsman, Bill also enjoyed spending time with his dogs Toby and Prancer.
Bill is survived by his two daughters; Rebecca Bennett of Bristol, Tennessee, and Julie Johnson of Vancouver, Washington. He is also survived by his four sons; Martin Johnson of Fair Fax, Virginia, Timopthy Johnson of Vancouver, Washington, Albert Johnson of Bristol, Tennessee, and Kerry Johnson of Goldendale, Washington, and one brother; Jess Johnson, of Vancouver, Washinton, and one sister; Floy Shideler of Hayward, California, and two special companions; Kay Johnson of Washougal, Washington, and Cal Hittle of Vancouver, Washington. Bill also leaves behind ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life service was held on Wednesday, March 23, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at Brown's Funeral Home in Camas. Interment was held at Washougal Memorial Cemetery in Washougal.
Memorials in Bill's honor may be sent to New Horizons Church Ministries of the Church of God of Prophecy. Brown's Funeral Home in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
