Gary Lee Bitner passed away on Monday, October 10, 2005 at his home in Ridgefield. Born on July 18, 1950, Gary was 55 years old.
Gary was a five year Clark County resident who worked as an engineer in the heavy machinery industry. He was a veteran who served in the United States Navy and was a member of the Battle Ground Moose Lodge. He graduated from Western Illinois University and enjoyed fishing, horticulture, making jewelry and being an artist.
Gary is survived by his two sons Josh Bitner of Illinois and Sean Bitner of Ridgefield, Washington, father Robert Bitner, brother Graig Bitner, and sister Jody Bitner all of Illinois.
A celebration of life gathering was held on Saturday, October 15th at his home. Memorials in Gary's memory may be made to the Community Home Health Hospice: 5501 NE 109th Court Suite A Vancouver, WA 98662. Brown's Funeral Home in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
