Robert William Gaudet passed away on Monday, March 6, 2006 in Vancouver. Born on April 5, 1946 in Puyallup, WA, Robert was 59 years old. A lifetime Clark County resident, Robert was a veteran of the United States Army during the Vietnam War, and was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Camas. He enjoyed dancing, yard work, old cars, fishing, the outdoors, BBQ, helping others, and his family. Robert is survived by his wife of 36 years, Lorna at home, daughter Michelle Crotty of Vancouver, son David Gaudet of Las Vegas, brother George Gaudet of Vancouver, and sisters Mary Chapman of Camas, and Pat Nash of Idaho. He leaves behind three grandchildren and many friends. There will be a Rosary Recital on Friday, March 10th at 5:30 pm at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Camas. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 11th at 11:00 am with a reception to follow at the Church. Viewing will be held on Thursday, March 9th from 12-5:00 pm and on Friday, March 10th from 9-5:00 pm. Interment will take place at the Washougal Memorial Cemetery on Friday, March 17th at 11:00 am. Memorials in Robert's honor may be made to St. Vincent De Paul. Brown's Funeral Home in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
