I am in shock. I met Jim when he and my sister were together. He was hard working, family oriented (he loved my sisters kids like his own), and was a great cook. Don't know of anyone that did not love him. Had the pleasure of meeting his first daughter when she was a baby and still living in Lake Tahoe.. He will be so missed. Blessings to his wife, children, family and friends. We are all better to have known him!

I was so terribly sad to hear of Jimmy's passing. I met Jimmy in 1967! We had a lot of fun back then and I have great memories of that time. Unfortunately, after high school we didn't keep in touch but I was very fortunate to find his phone number a few years ago, found him in Washington and we caught up. I'm so glad we talked after all those years. My heartfelt condolences to Jim's wife and children, sister and mother and anybody else I might be forgetting. He will be terribly missed, taken much too soon.

Words cannot express the sense of emptiness I felt when I learned of J.D.'s passing. I would like to express my most heartfelt sympathies and sincere condolences to J.D.'s entire family and all of his friends. I didn't know the man very long, but every minute I spent in his company was a privilege and I was glad to know I had the opportunity to consider him a friend. He was A Very Good Man.
