Charles Duke Timmel Sr. passed away on June 11, 2006 in Vancouver, Washington. Born on March 18, 1960 in Vancouver, Duke was 46 years old. A carpenter by trade, Duke enjoyed fishing, carpentry, marathon running, visiting with friends, camping, and watching movies. He is survived by his mother Cynthia Timmel at home, Sister Kim Elmore of Vancouver, and Shannon Timmel of Vancouver, and daughter Jennifer Arthur of Seattle. He was preceded in death by his father Lionel Timmel (1989) and son Charles Duke Timmel Jr. (2006). There will be no public service. Donations in Duke's honor may be made to the charity of choice. Brown's Funeral Home in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
