Eunice G. Kroeger, died July 17, 2006 after a short illness. Eunice was born January 4, 1919 in Pascagoula, MS (daughter of John Augustus Green, Sr. and Mary Isabelle Krebs). Eunice graduated from Our Lady of Victories High School in 1937, and then worked several years for the utility company in Pascagoula. She married Dale A. Kroeger May 15, 1942 in Pascagoula, MS. In 1946 Eunice accompanied her husband Dale when he worked in Philadelphia PA, Bremen Germany (1949-52), London, England (1952-56), Portland, OR (1953-1964), Madison, NJ (1964-2981). In 1964 Eunice moved to Madison, NJ when Dale was promoted to Sr. Vice President of Operations in the American Bureau of Shipping. She was active in the Women's Propeller Club. In 1981 they moved to Camas. Surviving are her daughters, Judy K. Corbett (Kroeger) of Seattle, Maya J. Collins (Kroeger) of Atlanta, GA, son Michael A. Kroeger of Camas, WA., and nine grandchildren. Eunice's husband, Dale, preceded her in death. Viewing will be Sat., July 22nd from 10-Noon at Brown's Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2 pm Saturday July 22nd with Dick Edmundson officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorials be sent to Ray Hickey Hospice House, 2112 Mill Plain Blvd., PO Box 1600, Vancouver, WA. Brown's Funeral Home in Camas has been entrusted with arrangements.
