Boyce Lowell Lehman returned home to his Heavenly Father September 8, 2006 while doing what he enjoyed most near Mount St. Helens. He was born on September 11, 1963 in Seattle, WA to Lowell and Wilma Wilbanks Lehman. He graduated from Camas High School. He later attended ITT Technical Institute where he graduated with honors scholastically and for a perfect attendance. He received his Bachelor Degree in Automated Manufacturing Technology. Boyce was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He served faithfully in positions of responsibility. As a youth he was active in The Boy Scouts of America and obtained the rank of Eagle Scout. He served a mission in the Raleigh, North Carolina area. During his mission he developed a keen and lasting interest in memorizing scriptures. He especially enjoyed traveling to and attending various temples. He loved fishing and hunting, however, hunting elk was his favorite. Anything to do with the outdoors was a great interest to him. He was an accomplished bow hunter and in 1994 was the Washington State Men's Champion 3-D archery winner. He went on to be ranked 11th in the world at the 1997 International Bow-hunter Organization, Archery World Championships. At a young age Boyce displayed artist abilities by drawing pictures for his mother. He also liked body building which was taught and encouraged by his father. He continued with both of these talents and interests throughout his life. He was a loving son, father, spouse, and friend. He is survived by his wife Denise, children Tyler and Alyssa Lehman, their mother Lorie Lehman, step-daughter Hailey Hudson, parents Lowell and Wilma Lehman, grandmothers Ruth Wilbanks and Agnes Wold, and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
