Stephanie,
I am so sad to hear of this. You and Gary have been an inspiration to many couples of love and strength, dedication and admiration of each other. Your bond together was truly special and God given and always an example to me. I am praying for you and your family for this great loss. Love you....

I worked with Garry at EIP for a number of years. He was always kind, methodical, respectful, insightful, and genuine.
The thing I respected most about Garry was his ability to cut through rhetoric and hyperbole to bring an element of common sense to the discusion. As a fellow engineer, I respected that tremendously.
While Garry was probably the last person anyone would expect to have a big heart, once you got to know and understand him on a personal level, you would understand how much he loved his clients, his colleagues, and his family.
The most important lesson Garry Welch ever taught me was to reconsider everything. He taught me to step back from the problems I was facing and look at them from a different angle. He taught me to set aside any preconceived notions and look at a matter diagnostically, without personal bias, to come up with the correct solution. He taught me this lesson by employing it himself.
I know Garry is safe and sound with the Father right now, but I also know he will be missed by many people, me included. I hope Garry isn't resting in peace right now. I hope he is out there working hard to enrich the lives of those around him as he always has, and I hope he always will.
Grace and peace to the family.

Stephanie & Family,
I was very saddened and shocked to hear of Garry's passing and wanted you to know that both my wife and I have been lifting you up in prayer during this painful time. I trust the Lord to cover you and the rest of the family with His peace and love and the comfort of knowing that you will see each other again one day. It was a true pleasure to have gotten to know you both recently and wish I had a better reason for reaching out to you.
Moments like this are always awkward in knowing just what to say so just know we have been sincerely praying for you and standing on God's promise to never leave us and to see us through all situations.
Sincerely,
Lew Vajtai
