Roy Dean Dowell passed away on November 11, 2016. He was 58 years old.
Roy was born on April 23, 1958 to his parents Peggy and Bobbie Dowell in Vancouver, Washington. A lifetime Washougal resident, Roy retired as a Machine Tender with Georgia Pacific Paper Mill. Roy enjoyed the beauty of the Pacific Northwest and spent free time fishing, crabbing and hunting.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Mary Dowell, his 2 children: Chelsea Dowell and Kyle Dowell, his mother Peggy Dowell and his dogs, Sir Henry and Susie as well as numerous friends and loved one. Roy was preceded in death by his Father.
